Sky Sports News, sensing a story with dodgy sounding weather reports emanating from Rochdale, sent a camera to Barnet on Tuesday to see off the 30 faithful fans who took the Supporters Association coach to Spotland for a third try at seeing the game after two earlier postponements when they arrived at the ground.

They interviewed coach organiser Steve Percy and other supporters before they set off on their third long trek North - with contingency plans to watch another match if Rochdale was called off again.

Barnet and Rochdale kept regular contact with the team and the supporters' coaches as they travelled North, with morning sunshine followed by heavy rain and hail. All was well that ended well when the referee arrived at Spotland at 4.15 p.m. to give the pitch the thumbs-up and the go ahead for the game.

The official number of Barnet supporters at Spotland was given as 63 - with Sky commentator John Salako adding the statistic that there were THIRTY scouts from other clubs watching the talent on view as promotion hopeful Rochdale beat the Bees, who had several chances to score, 3-0.
