Team News For Rotherham Game
Leading goalscorer Jason Puncheon and goalkeeper Rob Beckwith both trained today after missing yesterday's session with colds.
Manager Paul Fairclough was able to report a clean bill of health for the visit of Rotherham United - apart from long term injury cases Michael Leary and Kenny Gillet, as well as the on loan striker Giuliano Grazioli.
Club captain Lee Harrison said that he felt that this season's squad is proving better than last years. The new players signed by the manager from lower leagues, Neal Bishop, Max Porter, Ashley Carew, Anthony Thomas and Danny Hart have gelled remarkably well, after their elevation to League 2.
Tim Trebes, the 19-year-old goalkeeper who has completed 3 years at the Protec academy, was registered as a Barnet player before Fridays training session. Trebes has been training with the Bees since pre-season and playing for Welwyn Garden City.
Prior to the Friday training session, a team photograph was taken that features players who have joined since the start of the season.
